[WEBINAR] Investing in Vietnam: Outlook, Opportunities and strategies

We would like to extend a warm thank you to our guests speakers, Etienne Laumonier, Partner at APFL & Partners; Hoa Truong Nhat, Partner at Constantin Vietnam and Nicolas Blandeau, Account Manager at Constantin Vietnam. We highly appreciated their insights into the recent legislative developments on law and practice of investment and the various procedures for setting up legal entities.

Firstly, Etienne has presented an outlook and Key Indicators demonstrating that Vietnam offers significant opportunities in a broad array of sectors and industries. Then, he shared with us the key legislative and regulatory reforms and their implications for foreign investors. He also explained an applicable procedure to incorporate a foreign invested enterprise in Vietnam.

Secondly, Hoa and Nicolas provided an overview on the corporate entity set up. They emphasized the advantages of structuring investment in Vietnam through economic centers such as Hong Kong and Singapore. Then, Constantin’s presentation addressed the regulatory and tax obligations that must be met by companies operating in Vietnam as part of their day-to-day management.
