[THROWBACK] HN: Celebrate International Women's Day

In celebration of International Women’s Day, CCIFV Hanoi hosted a round table and networking event on Friday 06 March, bringing together experts and professionals to discuss the role of women in driving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives within organizations.

Several speakers shared their perspectives on this topic:
• Ms. Alice L. | Head of Programs and Partnerships, BATIK International
• Ms. Ani Saguisag | Chief of Social Policy and Governance Programme, UNICEF Viet Nam
• Ms. Pham Thi Thu Ha | Deputy Head of the Science, Technology and International Cooperation Division, Viet Nam Agency of Seas and Islands, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment
• Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Anh | Programme Management Specialist, UN Women Vietnam

The discussion was moderated by Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa, Director - Tax & Advisory at Forvis Mazars.

Participants were able to learn about concrete actions companies can take to integrate ESG into their daily operations, how organizations in Viet Nam are addressing social and environmental challenges, and the importance of the social dimension in companies, such as ensuring good working conditions, supporting employee well-being, and creating more inclusive and responsible workplaces.

Therefore, we would like to thank all our speakers, as well as our partner - Forvis Mazars Legal Vietnam - for their valuable contribution to this event. Thank you to our sponsors for their support: DND International Eye Hospital, Odes Naturelles and Vending Machines Vietnam.

Finally, many thanks to all the participants for joining us and contributing to this engaging discussion!
