CCIFV member APFL Partners, a member of LPA Law, is pleased to announce the appointment of Minh Nguyen as Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution & Arbitration in its Ho Chi Minh City office.

With more than 15 years of experience in commercial litigation, international arbitration and employment law, Minh Nguyen has advised multinational corporations and Vietnamese companies on complex cross-border disputes before leading arbitration institutions, including SIAC, ICC and VIAC. She joins APFL Partners alongside two associates, further strengthening the firm's dispute resolution capabilities in Vietnam.

Her appointment marks an important milestone for APFL Partners and reinforces the firm's long-standing reputation as a leading player in litigation and arbitration, while supporting its continued growth and commitment to delivering high-value legal services to both local and international clients.
