Member News | LTS Group Marks 10 Years: From Roots to Shine

Ten years on, LTS Group has grown from a QA startup into a 500+ strong IT group spanning 10 entities and 4 countries, a milestone built on its people

October 2026 marked ten years since LTS Group was founded. What began as a small team in 2016 has grown into a company of more than 500 people today.

LTS Group marked the milestone with a company-wide anniversary program built on a simple idea: growth is worth celebrating, but so are the people who made it happen.

The celebration kicked off with a series of sports tournaments that brought teams together outside their usual roles. Running alongside it was From Roots to Hearts, a voluntary blood donation drive that carried the spirit of the anniversary out into the community.

The program’s centerpiece was the AI Innovation Hackathon 2026 - The Smart Shift Challenge, three weeks of building real AI solutions rather than just talking about them. The winning idea, Talos - AI Sales Hub, was built by Team Talos to automate the repetitive side of sales. It brings lead generation, prospect research, personalized outreach, pipeline management, and follow-ups together into a single platform.

The festivities came together at a gala dinner held inside a cave, with photo backdrops and a stage set against the rock. The night featured performances by LTS Group staff, the AI Hackathon award ceremony, gifts for long-serving employees, and a lucky draw to close things out. By the time the lights came up, the room was still buzzing, equal parts joy, gratitude, and nostalgia.

To round things off, Company Trip 2026 gave the team a chance to step away from their desks and simply enjoy some time together through a lineup of physical, team-building activities.

None of the past ten years would have been possible without the people behind them. LTS Group thanked every member of its team, past and present, for the work and the trust that built the company step by step, and thanked its clients and partners for growing alongside it over the years.
