Dassault Systèmes strengthens Vietnam’s innovation ecosystem

On 8 January in Hanoi, CCIFV was proud to join its member Dassault Systèmes at the National Innovation Center (NIC) for the inauguration of Vietnam’s first Center of Excellence and R&D Center dedicated to Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twin technologies.

The event was held in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung, together with ministers and senior representatives from government, industry and academia. Marie Keller, Deputy Head of Mission at the French Embassy, was also in attendance. It took place during the Innovation 57 Forum, co-organized with NIC under Vietnam’s Resolution 57. This national roadmap aims to accelerate technological sovereignty, strengthen high-tech industries and position innovation as a key driver of long-term economic growth.

This major milestone marks a new step in the strategic partnership between France and Vietnam, and in Dassault Systèmes’ more than 20 years of engagement in the country. Through this new Center of Excellence, the group aims to develop high-level Vietnamese talent, transfer cutting-edge technologies, and support strategic sectors such as aerospace, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing and smart mobility.

The new hubs will also provide certification and training programs based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, giving Vietnamese students, engineers and companies access to world-class industrial standards and digital engineering tools.

For CCIFV, this inauguration perfectly illustrates the strength of public-private cooperation and the role of French companies in supporting Vietnam’s long-term vision for innovation, sustainability and global competitiveness.

Congratulations to Dassault for this remarkable achievement and for its continued commitment to Vietnam’s digital and industrial future!
