[THROWBACK] Sensory Symphony | Gala Dinner & Business Awards
On the 7th of December, CCIFV immersed the French and international business communities in an unforgettable experience at the Sensory Symphony Gala Dinner and Business Awards that was held at Mai House Saigon Hotel.
This exceptional evening, which also celebrated the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and Vietnam, transported nearly 230 guests into a world of unique sensory experiences, where their sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste were all called upon in turn.
Throughout the evening, guests were invited on a culinary journey thanks to a "4-hand dinner" specially prepared by renowned Chefs Hervé Rodriguez from Hervé Dining Room and Chef Tung from A by T.U.N.G. The France-Vietnam menu created for the occasion dazzled the senses, with black cauliflower inspired by painter Pierre Soulages or “Phở - Herb” revisited as a starter.
This special edition of the Gala & Business Awards Dinner congratulated four winners in various categories:

In addition to these prestigious awards, two special "Prix Coup de Cœur" were granted to Green Yellow and Annam Group.
Created in April 2013, on the occasion of the 40th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between France and Vietnam, the French Business Awards honor companies with substantial links to France. French Business Awards allows participating companies to receive the recognition they deserve from the community of entrepreneurs, business leaders, innovators and institutions.
The winners of the four categories, as well as the "Coup de Cœur" awards, were selected by a panel of judges:
