Sodex Sport, a french manufacturer supplying Seagames 31

Manufacturer of sports equipment and leader in the Vietnamese market, Sodex Sport had the honor of being chosen to supply the majority of the sports equipment on the SEA Games 31 facilities, courts and pitches.

Thus were be present goals, football nets, corner flags, shelters at the National Stadium of Mỹ Đình – Hà Nội; tennis net posts, referee chairs, shelters at the Hanaka Từ Sơn – Bắc Ninh urban area tennis and services complex; nets, badminton referee chairs and podium at the Bắc Giang Competition House; basketball hoops at the Thanh Trì – Hà Nôi competition house and also other pétanque and athletics equipment at the other stadiums serving Seagames 31.

Following French regulations (the Sport Code), and those of international federations, Sodex Sport designs and manufactures equipment guaranteeing the longevity of its equipment and above all the safety of athletes. Indeed, before reaching the market, products are thoroughly tested and certified by international certifying companies. They are then shipped to schools, gymnasiums and stadiums through a network of distributors in Europe, the United States, Oceania and ASEAN. It is thanks to this experience and its presence for more than 30 years that Sodex Sport is today the leading manufacturer on the Vietnamese market.

Its story is an original one, it was inspired by the repair of fishing nets on the coastal regions of Vietnam, that Sodex Sport was founded by Mr. Bouvot Alain in 1991 in Nha Trang to manufacture sports nets. Directed today by his son Alan Bouvot, it has three production units (net, metallurgy, and composite) and 220 employees in Vietnam and France. It is with this family and dynamic spirit that Sodex Sport continues to climb the ladder to become a world-renowned company in the field of sports equipment.
