[LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT] Let's spend 2023 together!

Dear Members,

As this year draws to a close, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to you for being part of the nearly 300-company network that molds our business community.

In 2022, the CCIFV team has shown true dedication and determination to create value for its members through collaboration, events, and meaningful moments.

We have adjusted our offer in order to fully adapt to your expectations :

• The Committees Summit, a day of foundation and structuring of our sectoral committees;
• The Accelerator Program, for more entrepreneur/investor synergies ;
• Business delegations in Haiphong and Ba Ria Vung Tau, for a better understanding of regional opportunities and challenges;
• The French business centre in the heart of Hanoi, which is already in high demand;
• The weekly open-door event, every Monday morning, to encourage aspirational communication and collaboration with all our members and partners;
• The press conference service, a powerful means of communication at the heart of our network;
• Several business missions to France (BPI France's B.I.G, Schneider Electric's Innovation Hub visit, conferences at several regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry).
• The French Pavilion during EuroCham’s GEFE highlighted the green expertise of 13 French companies.

As a self-financed entity that empowers its members into their development process, CCIFV exists only to serve the community, thanks to your time and support.

We hope you've been able to personally benefit from your membership one way or another and we would like to invite you to renew for next year.

2023 will be an exceptional year, which will mark 50 years of diplomatic relations between France and Vietnam: we are planning numerous events that will honour all our members and partners.

Vietnam will be in the spotlight as we welcome the directors of the CCIFI APAC a few days before the "Conseillers du Commerce Extérieur de la France" hold their remarkable Asia Forum.

Our annual General Assembly will be held in April and will be elective. Besides, a sumptuous Gala Dinner is also in preparation!

Follow all our activities on our social networks and now on the CCI Connect mobile application, which allows you to connect to all the 35,000 members of the network around the world.

In order to support the development of our association and to serve you better, our Board of Directors has decided to review the membership fees from 01/01/2023

For the last seven years, we have maintained a level of contribution without any increase, and we will limit it to about 10%, as follows:

• Individual: 9,000,000 VND ;
• SMES: 16,000,000 VND ;
• Large Corporation: 32,000,000 VND.

Any 2023 membership fee paid before 1st January 2023 will be charged at the 2022 rate.
