Highlights of the Summer Exhibition Season in Vietnam with Anahua-Concept

Summer is often a time for holidays, when people often take vacations — but not in Vietnam, especially in the exhibition industry! Over the past three months, several major exhibitions have taken place in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, such as Vietbuild, VifaASEAN, Vietnam Printpack, and the special exhibition celebrating 80 years of independence in Hanoi.

As a booth design and construction company, this summer we at Anahua-Concept were honored to work with a variety of clients and contribute to their success at these events. We believe every booth is a work of art that tells the client’s story. The design must stand out to showcase the brand and capture the attention of visitors. Beyond that, every detail is handled with care by our team — from concept design to setup, from construction to supporting services — all with one purpose: to satisfy our clients.

One example is Foopak’s booth at Vietnam Printpack 2025. Foopak is a green packaging brand offering paper cups, trays, and more, with a strong commitment to environmental protection. To highlight this strategy, we created a large central tree decorated with real plants, and ensured that no plastic products were used in the booth — bringing the brand’s eco-friendly message to life.
 

Alongside traditional booth structures, we also had chance to introduce our new sustainable materials for booth construction: aluminum frames and fabric printing. These were showcased through booths for our valued clients at Vietbaby, Vietbeauty, Vifa ASEAN, and more. This modular system allows for quick assembly, easy dismantling, and, most importantly, multiple reuses. It enhances both cost efficiency and environmental responsibility within the exhibition industry, while maintaining a beautiful, high-quality finish with fabric graphics. The system is also highly flexible, adaptable to different booth sizes — from organizer’s packs to raw spaces.

With fall approaching, we wish for a flourishing season ahead for Vietnam’s exhibition industry, bringing new opportunities and success to everyone!
