Announcement of the merger RBA - Rosemont Business Asia with WTS Tax Vietnam and GRÜNKORN & PARTNER
RBA is pleased to announce we have entered a definitive merger agreement with WTS Vietnam and GP Law, a leading provider of tax, accounting, and legal services.
This merger with WTS Vietnam and GP Law further strengthens our position in the Southeast Asia market. This partnership is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase our expansion, and strategically position us to accelerate and advance our mission of helping our customers.
As with all important business decisions, we will work closely with our clients, partners, and employees to make the integration as smooth as possible. The integration of both companies will take place over the next 6 months. In the meantime, our customers will receive the same high-quality services, which they have come to expect.
WTS Vietnam and GP Law, which will be operated under the name of RBA, are now wholly owned subsidiaries of RBA.
