Members News, fromanother, the creative agency using immersive futures to reshape brand strategy, featured at Cannes
Founded in 2021 by Vicki Dang and Robin Mahieux, fromanother is an independent creative studio born in Ho Chi Minh City, now in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Paris. At the intersection of design, technology, and culture, the studio creates emotionally campaigns, installations, and immersive experiences. This year, fromanother was invited to the Cannes Immersive Market to showcase two of its flagship projects: Satori, an emotionally intelligent museum experience, and Odyssey, an interactive journey blending cinema, sound art, and architectural storytelling. Both creations challenge conventional formats and explore new ways of connecting memory and human presence through invisible, yetdeeply human, technologies.
Connecting through technology
With Satori and Odyssey, fromanother offers a radically new take on artificial intelligence not as a cold interface, but as a tool for emotional resonance. Through real-time tracking, and discreet sensory input, each experience is shaped around the visitor’s own emotional state, offering a narrative that feels intimate and transformative. This approach caught the attention of the Cannes Festival, but also of leading luxury brands. In 2024, the studio took part in an immersive project led by Shiseido for its VVIP clients in Ginza, Tokyo, designing one of the exhibition’s key rooms. The project was later brought to Shanghai, confirming fromanother’s ability to contribute to refined and globally adaptable immersive formats.
Responsible and thoughtful creation
fromanother collaborates with experts in neuroscience, architecture, design, development, and sound to craft immersive formats that combine emotional depth, technological subtlety, and social responsibility. The studio advocates for ethical digital design where technology enhances human connection, rather than replacing it. Its recent partners include Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Swarovski, OnePlus, as well as visionary startups and cultural institutions. Committed to a more responsible industry, fromanother is also a proud member of Clean Creatives, a movement advocating for transparent and sustainable advertising.

Born in Asia, fromanother has built a creative model that flows between East and West, with teams in Ho Chi Minh City, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Paris.
