ONLINE: Leading with Emotional and Cultural Intelligence

Numerous leadership research shows that around 80% of leaders are not self-aware. This is a key component of Emotional and Cultural Intelligence. It is therefore crucial to know ourself first and also understand our cultural baggage so to maximise trust and build strong relationships. If we work outside our cultural zone of comfort we will also have an extra layer of emotional intelligence challenges. This is an introduction to understanding what we need to know to be more agile leaders in diverse and challenging situations.

The webinar will unpack the benefits of deeper understanding of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Cultural Intelligence.  The session will be interactive, with plenty of opportunity for discussion  and sharing of experiences.  Various tools, tips and tricks will be discussed, with the aim of providing participants with clarity on actions they can take to improve their connections with their teams and grow their personal leadership styles.
