Ambassador Visits Saint Honoré Factory in Hanoi

On December 1st, S.E.M. Nicolas Warnery visited the manufacturing plant of Saint Honoré in Soc Son near Hanoi. Mrs. Marion Chaminade, Counsellor for Agricultural Affairs at the French Embassy also joined the tour. They were all guided through the 2,000 sqm factory which opened in 2019.

As well as an authentic artisanal French Bakery and Pastry Chain, the group owns several bistro restaurants and is a supplier and exporter of high-quality ready-to-finish and ready-to-sell frozen products across Asia and beyond.

Because food safety is a priority, Saint Honoré is currently undertaking the FSSC 22000 certification process. FSSC 22000 is used for auditing and certifying food safety systems when manufacturing a variety of products including perishable animal and vegetal goods, and products with long shelf life, thus delivering trust on global food safety.

Should you be ready to share best practices, develop your network and promote your expertise, CCIFV propose a range of sector committees, with monthly update meetings that bring members together around their areas of expertise.

Supported by French actors in the food sectors, CCIFV Agrofood Sector Committee aims to develop a more diverse and sustainable Vietnamese food ecosystem from the field to the fork.
