On May 14, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM, the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Construction and Building Materials will celebrate its 35th anniversary in Ho Chi Minh City, marking a key milestone in its development and its role within Vietnam’s construction and building materials ecosystem.

An organization at the heart of the construction ecosystem

Founded in 1991, SACA is a recognized socio-professional organization representing companies in the fields of construction, building materials, architecture, and real estate. It serves as a vital bridge between businesses, public authorities, and international partners, actively contributing to the development and structuring of the industry.

With nearly 1,000 members, SACA has become a key player, fostering exchanges, business opportunities, and collective initiatives.

Held under the theme “Connecting & Creating”, this anniversary event will bring together key industry stakeholders, experts, and institutional representatives from Vietnam and abroad.

The program will feature several highlights:

A business networking area with around 70 booths, encouraging connections and collaboration opportunities
An exhibition retracing SACA’s 35-year journey, showcasing its achievements and those of its members
Two thematic conferences focusing on industry trends, technological innovation, and sustainability challenges
An official ceremony gathering approximately 400 distinguished guests, including representatives from public authorities, professional associations, and leading companies
