The Consular Club of Ho Chi Minh City is hosting its first-ever International Talent Gala & Charity Auction, bringing together members of Ho Chi Minh City's diplomatic, business and international communities for an exceptional evening of gastronomy, entertainment and philanthropy.

A Michelin-starred culinary experience

The Gala dinner will feature an exclusive five-course tasting menu created by Chef Võ Thanh Vương of CoCo Dining, Ho Chi Minh City's Michelin-starred restaurant.

Chef Võ Thanh Vương, winner of Top Chef Vietnam 2019, is known for his contemporary interpretation of Vietnamese cuisine, combining traditional recipes and local culinary heritage with modern techniques. CoCo Dining was awarded one MICHELIN Star in 2025, recognising its distinctive approach to contemporary Vietnamese gastronomy.

For this special evening, Chef Võ Thanh Vương will create a five-course menu exclusively for the Gala, offering guests a unique culinary experience for one night only.

An evening of talent and philanthropy

The International Talent Gala & Charity Auction will bring together Ho Chi Minh City's diplomatic, business and international communities for an evening of fine dining, live entertainment and charitable giving.
