Join a 2.5-hour session designed for women who want to strengthen their leadership skills and explore their potential through an innovative approach: LEGO® Serious Play®. This interactive method helps you explore your strengths, overcome challenges, and connect with other inspiring women.

Session Structure

Through a series of guided exercises, you will use LEGO® bricks as a tool for modeling and expression to represent your ideas, aspirations, and challenges. Each construction will serve as a starting point for meaningful discussions and deep insights. This approach fosters self-awareness, communication, and collaboration, while encouraging a more creative and strategic mindset.

No prior experience with LEGO® is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to explore and share.
