Shawn Bioheads CEGOS Asia Pacific

Shawn currently heads CEGOS Asia Pacific, part of the CEGOS Group, a global leader in Learning & Development since 1926. An entrepreneurial and empathetic leader, he oversees regional P&L, business development, and training operations across APAC, working closely with a dynamic regional team. 

He began his career over 20 years ago in network marketing before moving into diverse business, sales, and leadership roles. He transitioned into Learning & Development 12 years ago, running his own consultancy in Singapore and Malaysia, before joining CEGOS APAC in 2018. Today, he partners with business, L&D, and talent leaders across APAC, offering practical, experience-based insights.
