Pham Thi Thu HaDeputy Head of the Science, Technology and International Cooperation Division, Viet Nam Agency of Seas and Islands, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment

Pham Thi Thu Ha is the Deputy Head of the Science, Technology and International Cooperation Department at the Vietnam Agency of Seas and Islands (VASI), Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.  

She is currently in charge of VASI's financial planning and management, directing the implementation of cooperation tasks with international organizations such as Australia, New Zealand, ADB, WB.  

Prior to joining VASI in 2020, she spent 15 years at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE), where she worked on ODA project management and budget planning; served on the management board of several environmental ODA Projects. She holds a Master of Business Administration from La Trobe University, a Master of Business (Finance) from Victoria University, and a Bachelor of Finance from the Finance Academy.
