Dr. Cao Thuy AnhMember of the R&D Board, Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC)

Dr. Cao Thuy Oanh is a lecturer at Van Hien University and a member of the Research & Development (R&D) Board of the Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC). A Korean language specialist fluent in Vietnamese, English, and Korean, she plays a key bridging role in academic and industrial cooperation between Vietnam and South Korea in the hydrogen sector.

At VAHC, she actively supports strategic collaboration with leading Korean hydrogen institutions and industry bodies, including the Korea Hydrogen Fuel Cell Industry Association (KHFCIA), H2 Korea, and UNYHIS. Her work contributes to strengthening standards alignment, safety frameworks, technology exchange, and bilateral hydrogen ecosystem development between the two countries.
