Betty PallardCVO at LinkPower

Betty was born in the ancient and imperial capital city of Hue, Vietnam. She relocated to France and Switzerland at a young age and spent over 30 years, where she began her undergraduate studies in European Community and International Law. She continued her education in Political Science at UCLA, California, before returning to Vietnam where she pursued her specializations in International Geo-strategy, International Administrative Law, Business Ethics and Intellectual Property at the University of Hanoi in partnership with University of Paris 2. Betty has newly completed a Master in Climate Finance Expertise in decembre 2023 .

Before her current role at LinkPower Digital Platform, she has founded multiple production companies, including Dinam Productions, and The Q Productions, among multitude other businesses.
