Offer and profile description
We are currently recruiting an IT Technician with at least 1 year of experience in IT support to join our team in a dynamic and international environment.
MISSION
- Ensure the proper functioning of servers, LAN network, and mail server within the company’s IT system.
- Ensure the proper functioning of PMI software.
- Install and configure software applications on the company network.
- Protect the IT system against virus attacks.
- Implement and manage document control (file paths, document updates, etc.).
- Perform preventive maintenance of printers, fax machines, and telephones.
- Ensure the proper functioning of all laptops and workstations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the availability and performance of the IT system.
- Carry out maintenance operations for printers, fax machines, and telephones.
- Manage software licenses in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Follow and implement instructions from Management.
- Provide support to employees in using IT tools (PCs, laptops, etc.).
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
- Reporting line: Reports directly to the General Director.
SALARY
- 18,000,000 VND gross/month
PROFILE
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support or system administration
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to support end users (PCs, laptops, printers, emails, etc.)
- Good communication skills in English
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
