Chef Jean-Rémi Caillon has newly been awarded two Michelin stars for his restaurant Le Kintessence Restaurant at Courchevel. Le Kintessence Restaurant was praised for the quality of its produce, the creativity of its cuisine and the level of service in the restaurant.

CHEF MARKO RANKEL is one of the 50 most talented chefs in Germany. He had won several gold medals in international cooking competitions.
- Chef Marko won the 1st place by the Accor-Azubi Award of the Cooks in Germany 450 Hotels four times in succession, and cooked for British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and US 67th Secretary of the State Hillary Clinton. He also received the “Silver Bernache Award for Innovation” from the Accor Group in 2007.
- With his profound understanding of Asian cuisine, his inspirations from seafood as well as his experience at Sofitel hotels in Philippines and China, Chef Marko will unquestionably enchant Saigon gastronomy lovers with his sensational dishes.
