SMEs-MNCs Annual Speed Meeting

“The only European business matchmaking event in Vietnam that brings SMEs and Large corporations together” Sofitel Saigon Plaza, Ho Chi Minh, 31 May, 2016: The EU-Vietnam Business Network (EVBN) today in the corporation with CCIFV, EUROCHAM ICHAM, BBGV, BELUXCHAM, CEEC, BDAV and The South-East Asia IPR SME Helpdesk organizes the “SMEs-MNCS ANNUAL SPEED MEETING” event.

Following the great success of the third edition of “SMEs-MNCs ANNUAL SPEED MEETING”, the four edition of this event welcomes 16 large corporations and 33 small and medium enterprises from European Union and Vietnam.

This year marks a wide range of products and services from large corporations (MNCs), small and medium enterprises (SMEs), such as Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Communications & Advertising, Legal, IT, HR and Training, etc. Around 220 meetings are arranged during one single afternoon bringing many business opportunities for all the participants.

16 large corporations can have access to a wide range of innovative products and services from 33 small and medium enterprises to find new suppliers, clients and partners on the ground.

On the other hand, 33 small and medium enterprises will be able to approach their potential clients by presenting their products and services to 16 large corporations. To understand about the companies’ industries and what they are looking for, a survey was launched to comprehend their businesses and objectives. According to given result of the survey, the meeting agenda was created for every participating company. Each company has around 4 – 17 meetings in one single afternoon. Each meeting will last 15 minutes which makes the event so unique that every participating company has to be extremely dynamic and brief to present their products or services.

The South-East Asia IPR SME Helpdeskis a European Union co-funded project that provides free, practical, business advice relating to South-East Asia IPR to European SMEs. Participating companies for this event can also benefit from free consultation from IPR SME Helpdesk.

As the result, many business contacts are building during and after the event bringing many potential business opportunities for all participating companies.
