1. Our offer to answer your needs:

• Selection of your company based on your specications (provided by your company), your application form and commercial documents & a phone interview in order to better understand your project in Vietnam
• Set-up of a list of targeted and qualied contacts following the information shared with a multilingual business team
• EVBN & its partners in Vietnam will introduce your company to their business networks
• Organization of a B2B tailored agenda with interested players during the three-day exhibition on the European Pavilion on “Vietwater and Renewable Energy exhibition” in Hanoi
• Logistic support of your mission: accomodation booking, translation service, etc.
• An extremely advantageous participant fee subsidized at 43%

2. The program

• Mon, Nov 23: Arrival in Hanoi / Check-in at hotel
• Tue, Nov 24:  Morning: Information session. Lunch time: Networking lunch. Afternoon: Booth set-up on the exhibition
• Wed, Nov 25: Exhibition with tailored B2B meetings on the European pavilion. Evening: Networking evening event for all participants and European exhibitors
• Thu, Nov 26: Exhibition with tailored B2B meetings on the European pavilion. Afternoon: Seminar sessions
• Fri, Nov 27: Exhibition with tailored B2B meetings on the European pavilion. Closing the exhibition

3. Participation fee: 2,890 EUR

4. Application & Registration process:

• Friday, Jul 31 2015 - Application deadline: Application form to be sent to EVBN together with commercial materials
• Monday, Aug 31 2015 - Final selection: EVBN selects 15 European companies for the mission
• Friday, Sep 11 2015 - Registration deadline: Selected candidates are requested to pay deposit & provide company profile and expectations for Vietnamese market

5. Important notes:

• The European Pavilion will be a large open space equally shared between exhibitors. Please contact us for any special request or demand which will be separately quoted
• EVBN cannot guarantee a specic number of meetings or be held responsible for the information provided by prospects or for the outcomes of business talks engaged with potential partners
• Cancellation policy: deposit refund can only be made if cancellation is notied to EVBN in writing before September 28, 2015

6. Payment condition:

• 75% deposit payment before Friday 11 September, 2015
• 25% balance payment one week before the mission
