Your responsibilities will cover :


  • Overall ownership of driving revenue within your territory (North Vietnam)
  • Develop and maintain relationship with key business partners assigned
  • Develop and maintain healthy pipeline of large client prospect
  • Actively organize sales calls and present to clients and partners
  • Understand client requirement and liaise with IT & operation teams to offer best solution
  • Prepare and present business proposal
  • Ensure excellent deployment of business solution to clients
  • Track and report sales activity and performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required by management
  • Support other departments and management to help them achieve their objectives as they relate to the sales group

Key Results

  • Reaching and exceeding revenue targets
  • Maintaining a high level of monthly New Business

Job requirements:

  • University Degree or MBA + work experience overseas or in international company
  • Fluent in Vietnamese & English – written and spoken
  • Dynamic and driven individual
  • 8+ years of successful selling track record in B2B direct sales of management solutions or ERP softwares (medium to large companies)
  • Experience in selling technology services as a benefit
  • Knowledge of the logistics and transportation service markets would be a plus
  • Proven team player with exceptional interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to present to C-Levels and develop long term relationships
