  • Talent acquisition with some specific competency
  • Team members’ satisfaction & employee relation (animate the survey…)
  • Competency and Career development management: define & accompany in every locations 
  • Develop the management of tomorrow 
  • Performance and efficiency
  • Attractiveness of our total reward package (recognition, remuneration…)
  • Talent retention
  • Provoke and facilitate the changes 
  • HR managerial reports
  • Other HR projects 

Job Requirements:

  • Sportive and pro-active
  • Good communication and Leadership
  • Ready to make decision
  • Good business sense 
  • Excellent English. Good Vietnamese speaking
  • From 03 years experience including at least 01 year in recruitment or management 
  • Familiar with Social network, Words, Excel, Power Point, Google Mail
  • Ready for traveling
  • Familiar with manufacturing/ FMCG environment 
  • Technical background or head-hunting experience is a plus
