Esmeralda Garcia Estevez is the founder and director of Empowering Coaching and has grown her international coaching experience across a range of sectors, working with team leaders, managers, high potentials and high achievers. She supports them in assessing their individual strengths, improving their leadership skills, increasing engagement, performance, communication, and resilience, as well as in assuming a new position and creating sustainable change. She also delivers leadership trainings.

Esmeralda works mainly with organizations and individuals who live and work in an international environment. Prior to being a certified CTI and ICF Leadership coach, Esmeralda had more than 10 years of extensive cross-cultural expertise, has worked with corporates, non profit and public institutions as a HR specialist, Trainer, Facilitator, Career and Recruitment consultant.
