HANOI & HCMC: Trade Mission to Vietnam of the Port Authority of Barcelona

The Port Authority of Barcelona organizes a trade mission to Viet Nam from 9^thuntil 17^thNovember, 2018. The mission, headed by the “Conseller” of Territory and Sustainability of the “Generalitat de Catalunya”, Mr. Damià Calvet; and by the President of the Port, Mrs. Mercè Conesa, will be integrated of approximately 50 business professionals and will visit the two main cities of the country: the capital, Hanoi, and the city that concentrates the greater commercial activity, Ho Chi Minh.

The objective of the mission is to generate business and institutional links between the two countries, as well as strengthen the already existing ones, to contribute to the internationalization of the respective economies and to promote the logistics of Barcelona, through several business sessions, technical seminars and bilateral contacts. 

The Organization of the mission offers Vietnamese companies the possibility of preparing a personalized agenda of contacts, in accordance with their interests and objectives, to facilitate the detection of counterparts and business development. These agendas are being prepared by the ICEX - Office for economic and commercial of the Embassy of Spain in Viet Nam.
