Business Alert - Decree 09/2018: New Regulations on Trading Rights/Distribution Rights and Trade Related Activities.

Thursday, June the 14th
From 8.30am to 11am
at CCIFV HCMC

Vietnam is now one of the favorite destination of international investors for investment especially in the trading (import/export) and distribution (commission agents’, wholesale and retailing) sectors. As part of WTO Commitments, Vietnam has been granting  trading/distribution rights to foreign investors since 2007. However, the administrative burdens on foreign invested enterprises operating in this sector was known to be heavy.

With Decree 09/2018/ND-CP some expectations from professionals have been met. Nevertheless the question whether or not the administrative burdens have actually been removed is still pending. This seminar aims to give you a better understanding of the concrete implications of Decree 09/2018/ND-CP  especially for issues relating to licensing and formal procedures
