CCIFV Hanoi is delighted to invite you to another Breakfast Talk,

"Healthy Living in Vietnam" will be hosted by International SOS, the world's leading medical and travel security company.

This event is aimed at everyone interested in keeping a healthy lifestyle while living and working in Vietnam.

Vietnam ranks well for economic confidence, work–life balance, entrepreneurship and career progression. However, some expats experience a bit of a culture shock when they first arrive in Vietnam. Everything from the weather to the local cuisine can take some getting used to, but once you adjust it’s possible to make the most of all the country has to offer. With that in mind, CCIFV in partnership with International SOS have organized this Breakfast Talk on how to stay healthy and maintain a good work–life balance in Vietnam.

The talk will be covering the following topics:

  • Understanding of common medical issues in Vietnam
  • Awareness on risks of contagious disease
  • Air pollution
  • Food safety
  • Overview of medical facilities in Vietnam
  • How International SOS assist, protect and save lives
