BBGV and HKBAV are pleased to host an event on Private Equity with the results announcement on 2018 Private Equity survey of Grant Thornton Vietnam, entitled “Private Equity in Vietnam: Poised for growth”. Joining the seminar, ACSV will share their experience on (re)structuring companies in preparation for a PE-deal and also (legally) supporting companies during the deal.

A source of investment capital, private equity actually derives from high net worth individuals and firms that purchase shares of private companies or acquire control of public companies with plans to take them private, eventually become delisting them from public stock exchanges.

Join us to understand why Vietnam has been chosen to be the most-attractive destination for Private Equity investment among other economies in Southeast Asia; and what are the expectations and challenges faced by Private Equity investors in 2018.
