Job Description: 

This job is held responsible for all activities related to recruitment and training under supervision of HR Manager.

Recruitment (80%)

  • Be responsible for the whole recruiment activities and deliver recruitment services 
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs and compose job descriptions and personality requirements
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging facility tours.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistant set of qualifications.
  • Conduct HR face to face or phone interviews, facilitate the interview panel discussion and provide valuable hiring advice to hiring managers to ensure the hiring quality 
  • Manage successful relationships with potential candidates;
  • Manage recruitment budget & prepare recruitment monthly/quarterly reports
  • Update candidates database for future recruitment. Understand external talent market movement and collect valuable information through interviews or other channels.

Training (20%)

  • Orientation training for new comers.
  • Create meeting and workshop with each department to analyze employee competence and get requirement, combine to the expectation and target to build up the skill matrix for training.
  • Search Training program information from internal and external to build up Training annual plan.
  • Prepare and set up training: training room, manual, training equipment, teabreak, transportation ...
  • Create and manage training record, training evidences.

Job Requirements:

  • College degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • At least 5 years in recruitment services
  • Good knowledge in handbag, garment, shoes or leather industries
  • English : intermediate level, French as a plus
  • Office software knowledge : Excel, Power Point, MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
