CCIFV & KPMG: a strategic partnership to create positive social and environmental impact for Vietnam.
HCMC/Hanoi, August 2018 - As a global firm, the corporate culture of KPMG is rooted in our values. Our integrity and policy of open and honest communication builds trust and collaboration, while our flexibility and diversity creates a culture in which people share knowledge freely, bringing out the very best in each other.
Extending beyond our corporate culture, KPMG in Vietnam also works with other companies, governments and non-government organizations to address problems in business and our local communities, and make a positive difference in peoples’ health, welfare and prosperity.
For the next five years (2018-2023), we at KPMG have decided to focus our corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability plans in Vietnam and Cambodia in three areas: education, environmental stewardship and community engagement.
At the same time, CCIFV has been advancing its CSR action program to engage businesses, both foreign and local, in improving their carbon footprint, increasing the rates of corporate volunteerism and facilitating networking between leaders in business and local nonprofits and aid agencies.

This shared interest in nurturing and inspiring a community of engaged business leaders in Vietnam is what has brought together an exciting partnership between KPMG and CCIFV for 2019.
Together we will strive to develop strategic CSR activities and encourage businesses in our networks (clients, suppliers, and strategic partners) to create positive social and environmental impact for Vietnam. In particular, KPMG in Vietnam will support CCIFV in promoting its CSR initiatives and calls to action and appreciates the vision that CCIFV brings to the partnership.
