HCMC: Workshop "Labor Code 2019: What are the Main Changes Businesses Should Know?"

On November 20th, 2019, the new Labor Code (LC) was voted and approved by Vietnam National Assembly (NA). The amended content focuses on areas such as the terms of application scope, working-hours and overtime, retirement age, the right to establish a representative organization of employees in an enterprise, labor contract termination and many more.

In the event, invited speakers will analyze the main changes which will affect the business of enterprises the most, as well as the relationship balance between employers and employees.
