This two days training aim is to help you to understand financial statements and to make decision to optimize business.  

Directors, managers or Entrepreneurial, will gain important tools through practical exercises:

First Day (Wed, May 16th) :

• to read and understand annual reports
• to analyze financial statements : profitability, growth and liquidity

Second Day (Wed, June 13th)

• to use financial information for decision making by identification key strategic and financial value drivers

Participation fee : 

• Member - 2.500.000 VND per day of training
• N/Member - 3.500.000 VND per day of training

Speaker: Caroline Duval is a consultant in financial services and a lecturer in a French business school. Trainer and consulting experiences in Paris KPMG and Accenture, freelance; Caroline is an expert at the implementation of controlling and financial tools and train employees.
