Job Description: 

In charge of promotion and development of OTC products through marketing and field force action plans and other supporting activities in order to achieve operation target.

  • To establish & develop OTC business for relevant products 
  • Planning for launching OTC products. Make sure implementation of MKT activities for product awareness & brand building.
  • To develop promotional programs towards targeting channels according to approved strategy.
  • Train & manage OTC field force team in daily activities.
  • Planning the working plan for the team
  • Set up objectives & target, product focus, working area for team
  • Cooperate with PM to build the working strategy for OTC channel
  • Conduct market survey of products & categories when neccesary
  • Leading & supporting the team to achieve the objectives & target
  • Manage Team Leader for good performance
  • Spend 50% of working time on field with staff in order to coach & support if necessary
  • Visit key customers to get market feedback
  • Cooperate with Team Leader to set up productive call plan
  • Timely updating the company policy/ product knowledge/ motion campaign
  • Implementation of the MKT activities & strategies such as: pharmacy educational program, trade campaign
  • Provide basic training about policies & procedures, basic selling skills
  • Market & Field force analysis and report timely to Manager for solution & improvement
  • Implement the Adverse Effect (AE) report system, if any
  • Coordinate with distributor(s) to develop marketing campaign & support
  • Cooperate with distributors to solve all issues relating to operation, delivery or additional services, if any

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor education (plus if Pharmacist or Doctor degree)
  • 5 - 7 years of experience as the same position in Pharmaceutical Company
  • Organizational management/planning skills.
  • People management and development skills
  • Strategic business planning, business development and implication.
  • Understanding in medical & health care industry
  • Strong oral and written communication skill, ability to make a persuasive, clear presentation of idea or facts.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Open only for Vietnamese speaking candidates.
