Metiseko is pleased to present its new collection during the Aquafina Vietnam International Fashion Week

The year 2021 was a year of trials and tribulations.

Metiseko, like the rest of the world, reeled from the repercussions of the ongoing pandemic, which forced the brand to rethink their strategy. They turned their energy from physical to digital, building their social media presence and launching a new and improved online store. Despite the new digital focus and stringent, governmentimposed restrictions, Metiseko did not let their creativity wane.

In the year 2021, they also launched Twinkling Night. The brand’s newest silk collection boasts gorgeous original prints and colors that pay homage to the full moon, the sparkling lanterns and Hoi An’s Old Town. All of which define the lively monthly lunar gathering, known as the Lantern Festival. Blossoming bunches of incense, lions dancing in the streets, and flickering candles floating down the picturesque Thu Bon River.

The result is a collection that is reminiscent, hopeful, and full of celebration. At the end of the Twinkling Night journey lies a refined, feminine collection of vintage-chic cuts in luxurious silk crepe, twill and satin, which embodies the glimmery sights of Hoi An’s famed full moon festival.

As restrictions have now been lifted in Vietnam, Metiseko is seizing the opportunity to officially debut Twinkling Night. On December 22, 2021 at 7PM, the brand will take over Capital Studio in Saigon to show their latest silk collection, in conjunction with Aquafina Vietnam International Fashion Week 2021.
