As you may be aware, Vietnam has become the 140th member of the OECD Inclusive Framework and has agreed to implement certain tax and transfer pricing – related standards to address domestic tax base erosion and profit shifting. The recent OECD developments including important tax and transfer pricing reforms, provides insights into the future tax and transfer pricing rules that the Vietnam Government may adopt.
