MISSIONS
In a multilingual team, in partnership with a consultant, your role will be to find, select and support a pool of candidates across several sectors of activity, in order to meet the needs of our customers.
Once trained in our methods and tools, your main missions will be:
- Search and select candidates via different sourcing channels (social networks, job boards, specialized platforms etc.)
- Identify relevant recruitment channels for the projects for which you will be responsible.
- Interview the short-listed candidates in order to validate their professional project and their expatriation project.
- Maintain and animate a pool of pre-selected candidates permanently
- Reporting of the activity
PROFILE
The most important for us is your personality and your motivation: positive mood and enthusiasm, proactivity, team spirit and sharing are key words for success in Cooptalis!
You speak Vietnamese & English fluently – French is a real plus.
You are ingenious, rigorous and possess qualities of analysis. Your relational intelligence and your adaptability will allow you to succeed fully in your function.
