Job Description: 

Reporting to the Vice director for development & International, the mission will consist of:

• Managing the activities of the company
• Develop services activity and sales in accordance with sales objectives
• Lead and manage the local team from Ho Chi Minh,
• Relocate and develop testing laboratory in Ho Chi Minh
• Supervise and develop the commercial activity and turnover,
• Increase, consolidate & develop customer relationships
• Provide a technical relay to local team
• Promote company's activities (laboratory, textile, footwear and leather inspections, technical audits)

Job Requirements:

• Ideally having both technical & commercial background (Engineering school completed with a commercial specialization)
• The candidate must have experience in team leadership or in team project management. This position would be suitable for a person with 5 years of experience in team management or as a project manager.
• Experience as a laboratory manager or as a quality controller team leader is required
• Expertise in the fields of leather, footwear, leather goods, luggage, textiles is a plus,
• Experience in the industrial, distribution or service sectors would be a plus,
• Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills,
• Ability to convince and manage
• Autonomous, organized.
• Fluent in English.
• Open to both local and expat candidates
