Can you explain your activity in few words?

Red Apron Fine Wines & Spirits, Vietnam’s leading wine importer and distributor, offers an extensive wine collection of over 2,500 wines and spirits from prestigious brands to family-owned wineries, glassware and accessories. With 16 boutiques spreading across major cities of Vietnam, we are committed to bringing wine lovers the greatest wine experience, which is not only limited to professional service from our passionate staff, but also exclusive wine events, training and wine classes with multi-cultural wine experts. We also have officially become an Approved Programme Provider of Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), enabling us to provide accessible, best-in-class education and qualifications to inspire and empower the world’s wine and spirit professionals and enthusiasts.

Have you already implemented a social or environmental project in your company? Or do you have a sustainable development policy?

Understanding that the success and brand value of a business is based not only on business results but also on contributions to the development of community and society, Red Apron Fine Wines & Spirits aims to become the leading company in the industry in spreading message of human values by working together with domestic and foreign volunteer organizations such as VinaCapital Foundation, Operation Smile, Nhà Chống Lũ, etc.

Moreover, Red Apron Fine Wines & Spirits also take part in and support environmental fundraising activities held by our partners in order to spread the responsibility for the Earth.

What type of advice would you give to other companies in Vietnam to launch such CSR project?

To develop good business practice, we would advise companies to offer the best service to your clients, build trust in customer service interactions, whether these occur online, in person, or over the phone. We would also recommend taking care of the social and the environment, which is one of the most important factors not only in business, but also in life.
