Can you explain your activity in a few words?

Saint-Honoré is a food business company established in 2010 in Hanoi with Branches in Ho-Chi-Minh City and Danang. We manufacture products for the Bakery, Pastry, Delicatessen, French Restaurant, and Catering. Our distribution system includes our own Retails network, via Wholesales customers, Franchise and Export. 

Our identity is mainly French products however we also can adapt to the local market in producing products from various countries.

 

Have you already implemented a social or environmental project in your company? Or do you have a sustainable development policy?

We have pending and achieve actions in environmental and social projects.

The main project that will be implemented in 2020 is to acquire the FSSC 22000 certification (international) that will establish a strict process in order to be at the international level.

For our ingredients we are starting our various organic flours that will produce Bio Breads.

With our certification we have a strict regulation for our suppliers to be certified as well which guaranty us cleaner products.

We use a compost bags for packaging and bags made with corns.

Step by step when we have suppliers that can provide it, we use environmental products

 For example our products include cups and cup accessories, cartons, bags, napkins, trays, wraps, paper rewind and pallet liners are world-class paper and cardboard packaging, produced from sustainably and ethically sourced materials

We support the poor children in various charity activities by sponsoring events or giving up products.

 

What type of advice would you give to other companies in Vietnam to launch such CSR project?

Make sure that the middle management follows the process.
