Job Description: 

The chocolate maker team leader is in charge of controlling the workshops of the chocolate production from liquid to molding tablets. He/she is in charge of tree groups of staff included a semi-automatic line of molding, manual molding and automatic conching.

  • He/ she is responsible for the quality control along the process, checks according to the SOP, included cleaning…
  • He/ she is responsible to reports the results, support on solving the non-conformities to ensure a full respect of the quality standards 
  • He/ she is responsible to solve the troubleshooting of first level and auto control.
  • He/ she is responsible to apply the company rules and disciplines
  • He/ she is being proactive in the HACCP internal audit team, continuous improvement AND SAFETY. 

Support the production supervisor on controlling and implementing the production planning , organize the work, the maintenance, collect the data and build up reports ..

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree in FOOD SCIENCES / chemical or related fields 
  • Experience: at least 2 to 5 years of experience in related position in an international company is preferred 
  • Language: perfect English communication is required
  • Quality system management, HACCP, ISO, 5S, is preferred 
  • Perfect use of excel 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Database, ERP , computer skills/  is required 
  • Problem solving skills.
