Eurosphere – European Art of Living exhibition opened 2-day viewing of high-end European products on 16 – 17 June, 2017
for fashion & accessories, gourmet food & beverages, perfumery & cosmetics, interior design and automotive industry at the Gem Center, Ho Chi Minh City. More than 80 participating European brands have secured many business meetings with potential local partners who are large importers, distributors, retailers, hospitality specialists, interior décor designers, fashion designers and policy makers looking to distribute and expand their products in this lucrative high potential market. Within the exhibition, a dedicated area is reserved for 5 “European Success Stories” that celebrate European entrepreneurs successfully establishing businesses in Vietnam. Moreover, visitors will get to see “European Young Designers” who bring their youthful ingenuity and creativity from Europe to the hungry Vietnamese market.
The highlights of EuroSphere include the presentation of the EU delegation to Vietnam about the recently signed EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement as well as conferences by Mr. Donald Potard, chairman of fashion department of Paris College of the Art regarding fashion and luxury industry. Additionally, besides focusing on Vietnam market, EuroSphere also welcomes speakers from Eurocham Myanmar, EU-Indonesia Business Network, Eurocham Cambodia and EU-Philippines Business Network to discuss about potential to expand regionally from Vietnam.
Besides the 2-day exhibition, EuroSphere’s side events included an exclusive Gala dinner at the Reverie Saigon Hotel with the menu being prepared by executive chef Philippe Joannès, who achieved title ‘Best French Craftman 2000’ in Meilleurs Ouvriers de France. The Gala dinner will also have a fashion show organized by the Vietnam International Fashion Week and BeU Model Management with the participation of Thuy Design House, Metiseko, Eric Raisina, Armani Exchange and Liu-Jo.
EuroSphere is organized by the EU-Vietnam Business Network (EVBN) with the support of the EU delegation to Vietnam, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Industry and Trade.
