Job Title: R&D Project Leader

Workplace: Vinh Loc Industrial Zone, Binh Tan Dist, HCMC 

Company profile: home appliances production & distribution

Job Description: In the frame of company development plan, he/she is in charge of projects or sub-projects involving:
- Design or pilot the design by CAD from specifications for the new product or adaptation of an existing product.
- Plan, draw pilot the drawings files to prepare for product launch.
- Check economic and technical feasibility.
- Define or have functional prototype defined, produced, and to validate related tests.
- Ensure the follow-up and progress of one or many projects during all the development. stage until mass production start.
- Report to: Technical & Quality Director

Candidate Profile:
- Basis education: industrial/mechanical/ electronic engineer
- Management skills: to ensure supervision of employees and to ensure reaching objectives especially cost, quality and timing.
- Autonomy: Ability to complete projects successfully on the basis of directives that have been well-defined, running by stages and periodical review of results afterwards.
- Relationship skills.
- Good command of CAD tools
- Vietnamese citizen and good at English
