Company Profile: A European trading Company (60 employees), established in Vietnam for the last 20 years 

Job description:  

Report to the Managing Director 

Support operational divisions for recruitment 

Be aware and updated about laws and labour code

Implement Company regulations

Establish Labour contracts

Calculate & Follow-up (Pay roll, PIT, Social Insurance, …)

Do PIT finalization

Calculate the severance pay

Prepare & follow-up DOLISA documentation

Report to the Service of Industry and Trade

Follow-up Work Permit & residence card for expat 

Follow-up Health Insurance contract for staff 

Follow-up Annual medical check-up for Vietnamese staff

Manage a team of 10 staff (guards, drivers, receptionist, …)

Follow-up general maintenance of office + equipment 

Advise staff issues

Job Requirement:

Vietnamese nationality 

Fluent in French and English (spoken, written)

Age: around 40 years old 

Social Science educational background

Experience: at least 5 years in HR
