Job Description: 

Recruitment  Leader will have recruitment management, vendor management and offer management to make sure to recruit the right person for the right position.

Working Relationships

  • Report directly to HR Manager
  • Work with candidates, hiring managers, technical interviewers and other recruiters
  • Support HR Team when needed.
  • Deal with resource agents

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Supervision (20%)

    • Monitor performance figures of recruitment team and report to HR Manager weekly and monthly
    • Work with Directors to check priorities, potential/urgent projects, and planned join dates
    • Develop recruitment process, practices and system.

  • Senior Recruiter (70%): in charge of recruiting 

    • Work with hiring manager to finalize descriptions and requirements for a job opening.
    • Create job postings and notices on suitable channels
    • Search and update candidate database
    • Approach potential candidates and introduce job opportunities
    • Screen candidates’ resumes
    • Conduct necessary tests and initial interviews
    • Coordinate other interviews
    • Coordinate the offer stage, reference check, health checkup and welcoming newcomers
    • Inform the result of each step to candidate via telephone or email
    • Send newcomer’s info to support functions 

  • Others (10%):

    • Work on recruitment projects & events (employer branding, job analysis, scholarship program, career day, job fair, etc.)
    • Participate in organizing company’s events and staff activities (entertainment, sports or art)
    • Perform other tasks assigned by HR Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Certificate of Interview & Selection skills is a good plus
  • Good spoken & written English
  • Good communications & inter-personal skills
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in similar support environment
  • Preferred:

    • Experience in IT recruitment 
    • Having background in IT is a plus 
    • Experience in working for head hunting company or large IT companies

Starting date: ASAP
