Company profile: start up company in interior design

Job Description: 

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records constantly update
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Managing detailed quotation with suppliers
  • Daily follow up of accounting, supplier payment, contracting
  • Daily follow up of office billing (rental, Government employee Labor tax, electricity, phone…)
  • Follow up accounting task with external Accounting company
  • Sourcing product and  research of new suppliers
  • Follow up the production of product with factory as following the design brief approved
  • Support for installation of product at customer place 
  • Follow up work on site with contractor to maintain calendar schedule and design brief approved
  • Translation Vietnamese to English on meeting when needed

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum  4 years  experience, having purchasing experience is preferred
  • FLUENT English speaking
  • Interest to work in an international start up company

Starting date: ASAP
