Job Description: 

Assist AHR Manager in ensuring the operation of Administration and Human Resources Department effectively and smoothly

  • Assist AHR Manager in:

    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Personal income tax (PIT)
    • Compulsory insurance
    • Recruitment
    • Training and Development

  • In charge of insurance of the Branch
  • Handle periodic and ad-hoc reports
  • Monthly account reconciliation of AHRD
  •  Apply/ renew Work Permit for expatriate
  • Follow up service contracts & renewal
  • Fixed asset checking
  • Back-up other colleagues if needed.
  • Other tasks when required.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduated major in Law is prefer.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR and Administrative field in foreign working environment 
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits tasks
  • Good knowledge in Labor Code, regulations relevant to employments, PIT regulations, Social Insurance Law, Health Insurance regulations, Trade Union Law
  • Good English level (French would be a plus)
  • Be familiar with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good communication skill and management skill
  • Organization,enthusiasm,focus on details
  • Responsible,team-work spirit, open-minded
