Friday, April 21st, 2017, at Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon

Moderator: Mr. Rick Yvanovich – Founder & CEO, TRG International.
Media has mentioned them thousands of time: the “We” generation, the multi-task masters, the smartphone generations, etc. They are Millennials (or Generation Y - 1980s to early 2000s). They take up approximately 35% of current global workforce and are entitled to such characteristics as tech-savvy, change and purpose-driven or innovative. In Vietnam alone, young labour occupy nearly 30% of skilled workforce and this percentage is expected to increase even more rapidly as up to 2 million new graduates enter labour market each year.
In this event, let’s zoom in this generation and learn some tactics in attracting, hiring and managing them in the workplace effectively.
This BBGV event discusses and reveals just how similar but also how different priorities are from country to country providing great insights and aha moments to those managers and leaders operating in a globalized world.
